01 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 778bet. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 778bet ("778bet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 778bet.cam.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani users and to all other users who access 778bet from any jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 778bet complies with applicable local laws. 778bet makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside the scope of its operating licence.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a 778bet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 778bet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, business entity, or as an agent.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 778bet account. Each user is permitted to maintain only one account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 778bet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or where 778bet's operating licence does not extend.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 778bet or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

778bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of the account relationship, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Management

Your 778bet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

You must keep your password confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. 778bet recommends the use of a strong, unique password and the activation of two-factor authentication where available. 778bet will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 778bet customer support immediately by emailing [email protected]. 778bet will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.

778bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In the event of closure for cause, 778bet may withhold account balances pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

778bet processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard interbank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated periodically.

All deposits are credited to your 778bet PKR wallet in real time or within the processing window stated for each payment method. 778bet does not charge internal fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 778bet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• 778bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests, consistent with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

778bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• One Account per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, keno, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are set out in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Abuse and Exploitation: 778bet reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, or close accounts where it determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, advantage play, or any activity designed to exploit promotional structures.

778bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are in active use.

06 Betting Rules

The 778bet sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20s, and Test matches), football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports markets. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed on screen. 778bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in circumstances where the platform has published an obviously incorrect price (palpable error).
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — meaning a price that is clearly and materially wrong by any reasonable standard — 778bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.
• If a match or event is suspended, abandoned, or cancelled before the completion of the minimum required playing time as defined by the applicable sport's rules, bets will be settled according to the 778bet sport-specific rules available in the Help section.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered at 778bet's discretion. Bets placed in-play are subject to a brief acceptance delay to protect against latency-based exploitation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per user per day. These limits are set by 778bet and may be adjusted without notice. Individual market limits are displayed in the betting interface.
• 778bet reserves the right to restrict or close the account of any user whose betting patterns are identified as professional arbitrage, systematic exploitation, or any pattern inconsistent with recreational betting.

07 Casino & Games

778bet's casino and games section — including live dealer tables, slot games, keno, and HRG live racing — is powered by licensed third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently verified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the relevant game server records, which are the authoritative record of all game activity. 778bet accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by a user's internet connection or device failure.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any particular outcome in an individual session. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes.

778bet reserves the right to remove any game from the lobby at any time, including games for which a player has an active session. In the event of a game removal during an active session, any in-progress round will be resolved and the stake or winnings returned to the player's wallet.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 778bet platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 778bet account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at any stage.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using 778bet for any purpose connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or errors in odds — including palpable pricing errors — to extract value. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are not payable.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive conduct directed at 778bet staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the 778bet platform while under a self-exclusion order, whether placed through 778bet directly or through a third-party responsible gaming programme.

09 Responsible Gaming

778bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 778bet platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 778bet content without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 778bet intellectual property — including scraping, data mining, or automated access to platform content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 778bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 778bet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

778bet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a user's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional content.

• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or data providers.

Nothing in this Agreement limits 778bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

778bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via email and/or an on-screen notification upon next login. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 778bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Material changes — such as those affecting withdrawal conditions, bonus rules, or account closure rights — will be communicated with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice wherever operationally possible.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
